  • Placing an Order: Orders cannot be placed through our website. Orders must be made via email, phone, or other approved methods.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of applicable GST and shipping charges unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment Terms: Full payment is required before orders are processed unless you have been approved as an account customer. We do not accept credit card payments.

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.

4. Product Availability and Descriptions

While we make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and availability are accurate, errors may occur. We do not guarantee the availability of any product. If a product is unavailable, we will notify you and offer an alternative solution or a refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery terms are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Orders within Queensland will typically be delivered within 1-3 business days after dispatch. Delivery times outside of Queensland are 3-7 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to external factors. Queensland NOS is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our Refund and Return Policy applies to all purchases. Defective products may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or repair within 7 days of delivery, subject to the terms outlined in the policy.

7. Warranty

We provide a warranty for products that are defective due to manufacturing faults. This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorised modifications.

  • Wear and tear from normal use.

Any warranty claims must be made in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, Queensland NOS is not liable for:

  • Delays in delivery or failure to fulfil orders due to circumstances beyond our control.

Our liability is limited to the replacement, repair, or refund of defective products in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
