Refund Policy

This Refund and Return Policy is intended for commercial customers purchasing products directly from Queensland NOS. While the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) is primarily designed to protect individual consumers, this policy is designed to provide clarity and support for our commercial partners in cases of defective products.

1. Defective Product Returns (7-Day Policy):

We offer a 7-day return period for products that are defective or faulty. If a product delivered to your business is found to be faulty, you may request a refund, replacement, or repair within 7 days of delivery.

 

Conditions for a Defective Product Return:

  • The defect must arise from manufacturing issues and not from misuse, incorrect storage, or improper handling after delivery.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., an invoice or order confirmation).

  • Evidence of the defect (e.g., photos or videos) may be required for assessment.

  • The product should be returned in its original packaging, including any accessories and documentation.

  • If the product is found to be defective, you may opt for a refund, replacement, or repair.

3. Non-Defective Product Returns:

 

We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect product selection. Commercial customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered meet their specific business requirements.

 

4. Refund Processing:

 

  • Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and assess the product.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

5. Exclusions:

Refunds, returns, and replacements will not be provided under the following conditions:

  • The product has been misused, stored improperly, or damaged by the customer after delivery.

  • The product has been altered or modified from its original state.

  • The return request is made after 7 days from the date of delivery.

 

6. Shipping and Return Costs

  • For defective products, Queensland NOS will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • For returns not covered by this policy, including those rejected after assessment, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
